County ADU is spearheaded by design veteran and master builder John Simmons. John was introduced to the design and building world at a very young age by his builder father Dave Simmons and designer Don Dewey. Dad taught me craftsmanship and later sound business practices; Don challenged me and inspired me to follow my passion for creating spaces and drawing. Both taught me the value of detail."
